How I work
The philosophy.
Group travel is the point. Everyone remembers the trip, but the part that matters is who they took it with. I build every itinerary around the relationships at the center of it — families, friends, classes, couples, wedding parties, reunions.
Warm first, professional always. You're not a booking reference. We'll talk on the phone. I'll ask about Grandma's knees and the bachelorette's ex. The details matter because your people matter.
No call centers, no outsourcing. You work with me, start to finish. When you text about a flight delay at 6am, it's me on the other end.
Honest trade-offs. I'll tell you when a resort isn't worth the Deluxe tier. I'll tell you when flying a day earlier saves you $2,000. I only recommend things I'd recommend to my own family.
